Welcome to the 678bat platform. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between 678bat and you, the user. By using the 678bat website or application, you are deemed to have accepted all of these terms.

We want you to use 678bat with full confidence and clarity. That's why these terms are written in plain, straightforward language. If any part is unclear, feel free to reach out to our support team.

1 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with 678bat, you must meet certain basic eligibility requirements. These conditions are in place to protect you and all other users.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Use of 678bat by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.
• Each person is allowed only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be terminated and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and your own. 678bat reserves the right to close any account found to have submitted false information.
• Keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. Sharing account access with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process may be mandatory, particularly for large withdrawals.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact 678bat support immediately.

678bat reserves the right to approve or decline any registration application. No reason is required to be given if a registration is not approved.

2 Payment & Withdrawal Policy

All deposits and withdrawals on 678bat are governed by specific rules, which are in place to ensure financial security and prevent money laundering.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳20 (twenty BDT). There is no maximum deposit limit, though KYC verification may be required.
• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days. In exceptional circumstances, this may extend to 5 business days.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Any withdrawal to a different method is subject to approval by the support team.
• If a transaction appears suspicious, 678bat may place it on hold until an investigation is completed.
• Payment gateway fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the user's account.

678bat does not take responsibility for any currency conversion or international transactions. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

3 Bonus & Promotion Terms

678bat offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, and failure to comply with them may result in the bonus being cancelled.

• The welcome bonus applies to new accounts only. Each person is eligible to receive this bonus once.
• To use a bonus, you must meet the applicable wagering requirement. This typically means betting 10 to 30 times the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. If the wagering requirements are not met within this period, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion.
• 678bat reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion. Any previously active bonuses will remain valid until their designated expiry date.
• If bonus abuse is detected — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — all associated accounts will be suspended.

4 Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on 678bat, it's important to familiarise yourself with the rules below. They apply to all Sports Betting and gaming activities.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the event is called off or 678bat issues a correction.
• If a bet is not recorded correctly due to a technical issue, 678bat will verify the server logs and the decision based on those records will be final.
• During live betting, odds may change due to network latency. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. For accumulator bets, the cancelled event will be counted as odds of 1.0.
• Maximum bet limits are set individually for each event and market. These limits are determined and may be adjusted by 678bat at any time.
• If unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected, 678bat will place the relevant bets or account under investigation.

5 Prohibited Activities

678bat operates as a fair and secure platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited — any involvement may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing artificial bets or coordinated betting with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Unauthorized access to or hacking attempts on 678bat's software or systems.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to influence game outcomes.
• Using 678bat as a channel for money laundering or any other illegal financial transactions.
• Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Harassing, threatening, or sending harmful messages to other users.

6 Account Suspension & Termination

678bat may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under certain specific circumstances.

• Violation of any clause within the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to submit required identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Where suspicious financial activity or signs of fraud are detected on an account.
• Where an account is required to be closed by order of a court or government authority.

Users may request to close their account voluntarily at any time. The account will be closed once any pending withdrawals have been processed. To reactivate a closed account, please contact the support team.

7 Privacy & Data Protection

678bat takes the protection of your personal data seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains in detail how your information is collected, used, and stored.

• 678bat does not sell or share your personal information with any third party.
• Certain information may need to be shared with regulatory authorities for security verification and legal compliance purposes.
• Your data is stored on servers secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• You have the right to view, correct, and delete your personal data — however, certain information may need to be retained for a specified period due to legal requirements.

8 Limitation of Liability

678bat strives to provide the highest quality of service; however, issues may arise that are outside our control.

• 678bat is not liable for technical issues, server outages, or failures of third-party payment gateways.
• 678bat is not obligated to provide compensation for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government-imposed restrictions.
• 678bat is not liable for any bets or transactions affected by issues with the user's own device or internet connection.
• 678bat is not responsible for any loss incurred while accessing 678bat through a third-party website or application.

678bat's total liability shall in no event exceed the total value of the transaction in question. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with 678bat, please contact our support team first. Most issues can be resolved directly through a conversation.

• All complaints or disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the incident occurring on your account. Claims filed after this period may not be accepted.
• 678bat will provide an initial response within 7 business days of receiving a complaint and issue a final decision within 30 days.
• If you are not satisfied with a decision made by 678bat, you may seek resolution through an independent third-party arbitration process.
• Before any legal action is taken, both parties must attempt to resolve the matter through discussion.

10 Policy on Changes to Terms

678bat reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

• For significant changes, 678bat will endeavour to notify users via email or an in-platform notification.
• The date of each update will be noted at the top of this page.
• If you do not wish to accept the updated terms, you may request to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali and are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any conflict with a translation, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.
